The staff was kind and helpful . i found the cleaning service to be thorough. The room was tidy upon my return each day. the location provided easy access to local attractions, yet it was peaceful at night. breakfast provided a fresh and diverse selection.

Excellent Stay in the City Center

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very kind and helpful . The location is central and is close to a mall and the tram station for airport access. It took about seven minutes to walk there. The rooms were clean , and the bathrooms were also clean.

The neighborhood looks a little scary at first.

The reception includes a ramp. The reception is accessible for pushchairs. Wheelchair users should note there is no ramp outside the building.

Our room included a kettle with tea and coffee. A mini fridge and cooler with bottled water was available. The bathroom had toiletries including shampoo, shower gel and soap. A hairdryer was also located in the bathroom.

Breakfast included a nice buffet selection. Usual kahvaltı options were present. Mezes were available, as well as two kinds of cereals. Guests could choose çay, juice and use a coffee machine.

The hotel is close to Mark Antalya AVM. It is also near the tram station. Walking there took us approximately 7 minutes. It is located down some back lanes.

The room had a tv and air conditioning. The hotel is close to Mark Antalya AVM and the tram station is in front of it. It took us about 7/8 minutes to walk there, BUT be aware it's located down some back lanes.

The google map took our taxi to the WRONG place one evening! I found this quite irritating.

the young staff were attentive and helpful. they tried to assist with our requests.

the room cleanliness was not acceptable. i found hairs and yellow stains on the bed sheets. there were also bugs on the blanket. the kettle had leftover water, it seemed unhygienic.
